Updates to Bisharat links & A12n gateway

The links pages and the A12n gateway page at the Bisharat site have recently had some updates and additions. See: http://www.bisharat.net/links.htm & http://www.bisharat.net/A12N

Your comments and suggestions on these are, as always, most welcome. I'm particularly interested in resources to aid web content owners in creating multilingual sites and using extended Latin (and non-Latin) characters in content and interactive features.
