Can anyone confirm that the hooked c, p, and t that Lorna Priest's SIL draft keyboard 2.0 indicates as being used in national language orthographies in Senegal (see and open .pdf document) replace the c, p, and t with accents indicated for Sereer in Rhonda Hartell's compilation (see and click on Sereer)?

This info will help in design of a revised graphics tablet keyboard that Lee Pearce is planning.
