Bytesforall_readers
Bytesforall_readers - the "Bytes for All Readers & Supporters Forum" - is a Yahoo group that "is particularly designed for Bytes for All readers and supporters who want to take part and want to be updated about ICT & development related issues in South Asia."
"Bytes for All" is an initiative that began in 1999. Back then I recall that Fred Noronha and Partha Sarker were its main proponents. (It appears that the website now focuses on Bangladesh.) In any event, Bytes for All was one of the inspirations for the Bisharat initiative.
