AfriqueGlobalization

Afriqueglobalization is a list set up by Djilali Benamrane in 1999 for discussion of "the effects of globalization on African economies." I joined in early 2004 which was after Djilali left Niger (he was a senior UNDP representative there) and before I left Niger. I knew him mainly for his work in support of community radio there, but later got to discuss other issues with him. This list unfortunately has since succumbed to spam invasions.
