Afrik-IT
Afrik-IT is the list of the African Network of Information Technology Experts and Professionals (ANITEP) that is "intended to provide a forum for serious discussion (academic or otherwise) on IT/Telematics-related (including data communications and telecommunications) issues and developments concerning Africa." It was founded in 1995 and continues, though with reduced activity. My contributions include:
