Africa_web_content_owner

Africa_web_content_owner  was set by Mike Chivhanga in late 1999 as a "discussion forum on how to produce web content that can impact on development in developing countries, particularly in Africa." It was an "e-group" that became a Yahoogroup when Yahoo took over that service. It was very active for a while and then ceased to function in late 2003. The full archives  are still accessible.
