A12n-policy

A12n-policy is a list I set up in Dec. 2007 in order to facilitate discussion of language and ICT policy in Africa. In 2009, when Kabissa.org ceased hosting email lists, A12n-policy moved to a distro list on Bisharat.net.

A12n-policy archives can be read on mail-archive.com, however spammers have mailed to the list address since late 2009 (hence all after 2009 is spam). A12n-policy has also been archived on A12n-archives.
