[FB] Lack of bicycle parking in Falls Church area

Started taking pix BTW of bikes parked where there are no bike racks. See it all over N. Virginia. Bicycle parking is rare but often empty. I think there’s a pattern to where you do / don’t see bikes parked, & where racks / stands are located.
